Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

During major launches, promotional campaigns, holidays, or periods of unusually high demand, processing times may temporarily take longer.

Shipping & Delivery

House of Nuvane is a Pakistan-based store serving customers across Pakistan.

Our products are carefully sourced internationally, which means some orders may require international transit and fulfillment before reaching Pakistan.

As a result, delivery times may be longer than those of products stocked locally.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided on our Shipping & Delivery page and/or relevant product pages. These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to international logistics, customs processing, courier operations, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Internationally Sourced Products

Many of our products are sourced from international suppliers and fulfillment partners.

We intentionally curate products that are distinctive, difficult to find, or not commonly available through conventional Pakistani retailers.

Because of this sourcing model, some products may take additional time to reach you.

Please consider the stated delivery timeframe before placing your order.

Product Availability

Our collections are carefully selected and may be offered in limited quantities.

Certain products may sell out quickly and can become unavailable without prior notice.

Product availability shown on our website is subject to change based on inventory, supplier availability, customer demand, and international sourcing conditions.

If an item is particularly limited, we may not be able to restock it once it sells out.

Payment Methods

House of Nuvane currently offers several payment options for customers in Pakistan, including:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer

  • Easypaisa

  • JazzCash

Payment availability may vary depending on the order, product, or promotional terms.

For certain specially sourced, customized, or large-volume orders, advance payment may be required.

Order Confirmation

For certain Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact customers to confirm their order before dispatch.

Providing an accurate and active phone number at checkout helps us process and deliver your order efficiently.

Orders that cannot be confirmed may be subject to cancellation.

Bulk & Large Orders

Customers interested in purchasing larger quantities for businesses, events, gifting, organizations, or group purchases can contact our team for potential bulk pricing and availability.

Because many of our products are internationally sourced, large quantities may require additional sourcing time.
